2020 Agua Linda Opening Update

It remains the Board’s goal both to maintain our ability to open next year and to be financially fair to all members. We are a not-for-profit organization, so that when we know how much we require to maintain the pool and insure its future next year, we will return any money that is not needed. By the end of 2020, and possibly sooner, we will have more specifics about how much can be rebated… (continued in the members only page)

2020 Agua Linda Opening Update

Dear Agua Linda Members: Our opening is currently paused as a result of the Alameda County health order dated June 29. Pools are in the next reopening level, but when we will reach that level is unknown. (See current reopening plan). This is frustrating for all of us, but currently we are at the mercy of the coronavirus. I know some of you have asked about whether there can be any additional dues rebates if we are unable to open at all. At present we are not planning on any additional rebates. However, the Board will meet periodically to assess our situation and make a determination about finances when conditions become clearer. In the meantime, everyone be safe, keep a distance, wear masks in public, and hope for happier times to come.
