Membership costs include the negotiated sale price (average: $1,100), a one-time $125 transfer fee, a $25 key deposit, and annual dues of $575.

Yes, all immediate family members living in your household are included. Residency verification is required for each member.

Adults must pass a Megan’s Law background check as part of the membership application process.

You may sell your membership to another prospective member. You retain ownership until the membership is sold.

An Associate Memberships is a one-year trial membership offered to waitlisted families. Associate Members enjoy full access for that season and retain their place on the waitlist for a full membership. Cost of an Associate Membership is $750.

Annual dues are $575.

Annual dues must be paid by March to ensure pool access for the upcoming season.

You will not have access to the pool until your dues are paid. You will also be charged a $25 late fee for each additional month dues are not paid.
Guests

Yes. Members are allowed up to 4 guests (or 1 family) per visit. Members must log the number of guests on the sign-in sheet.

Guest fees are $4.00 per guest and must be paid upon entry of the pool.

We aim to maintain an 82 degree pool temperature during the swim season.

The pool depth ranges from 3 feet in the shallow end to 9 feet in the deep end.

Agua Linda is not a public pool. It is a privately owned member pool available for member use only. Learn how to become a member. We also do not offer public lap swimming or swim lessons.

Yes, lap swimming can be done during adult swim (15 minutes at the top of the hour from 12pm - 5pm), or during regular swim hours as long as there is another adult present (solo swimming is not allowed). If the pool is crowded we ask that lap swimming be reserved for adult swim time frame only.

We do not currently offer swim lessons but are considering how to make this available to members in the near future.
